Security We provide a service for your property throughout the year as part of the key-holding service to assure you of the safety and security of your property.  Apart from the usual cleaning visits or winter care service, your property will always be checked upon when in the area to assure you of your property’s security at all times.  We also have our own unique numbering system for our key tags ensuring that your key is only identifiable by Busy Bees Property Management and thus reducing the             risk of security hazards. We can provide you with a complete locksmith service from key cutting to complete lock changes. Also, we can provide you with a Masterlock key safe which is fitted to the outside of your property to hold the keys to your property.  This is especially useful for rental properties to ensure that keys are never lost in the post or lost by holiday makers during their stay.  The four digit code ensures security of the keys which are held in a weather proof strong solid die-cast casing.   Personal Laundry We provide a full laundry service which includes the washing, drying and ironing of bed linen & towels which are taken from your property following guest departure.  This is then returned to the property in preparation for new guests arriving.  In addition to this, we can also provide a personal laundry service to include clothing or extra items as per you or your guests’ requirements.  All laundry is recorded on a checklist which is checked off upon completion to ensure all items are returned correctly.   General Maintenance Painting & Decorating, Internal/external painting of your property to your requirements from touch-up painting to full house. Tiling, Floor/wall tiling service provided. Plumbing, From faulty toilet flush & replacement taps to the installation of Water heaters etc. Electrical, Many electrical services available from changing a light bulb to installing fixtures & fittings etc. Jet-Washing, Jet washing service available for in-depth cleaning of terraces/balconies. Sky Installation, Digital sky box and satellite dish installation provided to your requirements. General Maintenance, General repairs carried out as and when required. Pool & Garden Maintenance, Pool cleaning and maintenance.  Gardening and landscaping   Cleaning   Full Clean We will provide a full clean service following the departure of guests in your property and to prepare the property for guest arrival. Please note that we always carry out a thorough clean which includes under beds and furniture, inside wardrobes etc. removing rubbish and we will replenish supplies within your property as and when required such as toilet roll, hand-wash, washing machine & dishwasher detergents etc. Mid-Stay Clean We will provide a mid-stay clean service on bookings of 14 or more days to provide fresh linen & towels for your guests along with a general clean of the property.
