Lovely villa overlooking Porto Petro village. Situated on peaceful road. Detached with private pool and fully equipped with Sky TV, DVD, Play station, table tennis, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Large terrace with sunbathing area, al fresco dining on large table (BBQ available) pool and stunning views. Balcony upstairs off bedrooms with further seating to watch the glorious Mallorcan sunsets and drink sangria! Only 45 minutes from Palma airport and within easy reach of 6 lovely beaches, shopping, golf, horse riding, spa and other sights including Caves of Drach and many others. The villa is only 5 mins drive from nearby Cala D’Or with numerous restaurants, take-aways, shops, bars and clubs. If you want to venture into the capital, then it is only approx 40 mins into Palma itself where there are restaurants, shows, concerts and lots more! Porto petro is an unspoilt village. It has lovely restaurants overlooking harbour, serving fresh fish and local produce.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 4 night breaks available in mid and low Season but not high season due to the demand. Costs vary according to dates. Long term lets (4 weeks minimum) available and will get 15% discount off total cost.

Flexible on dates, but party must depart by 11am if another party arriving that day for new holiday. This is to allow the cleaner to get in and clean the villa before new party arrives.

Equipment such as cots, highchairs, fans etc. all available on request. The pool area has no lifeguard present. Villa is no smoking, however, smoking is welcome outside on the terrace areas. There is heating available for people visiting in winter months along with a wood fire in the lounge.

BBQ available. Large wooden table and 6 large wicker chairs on the main terrace, off the lounge and dining area. There is a small plastic table and chairs and sun loungers on main terrace by pool. There is also a plastic table and chairs on the upstairs balcony terrace. The pool is private, approx 12ft by 20ft (not exact) and not heated. Inflatibles and towels for guest use kept in garage. Basketball hoop over garage door, table tennis table in garage.

5 mins drive to both beaches at Cala Mondrago in Natural Park with. Beautiful beaches one with lifeguard in summer months. Two restaurants on beach available for drinks and food even in evening. 5 mins drive to two small private bays in Porto Petro itself (approx 20-30 mins if walking). No facilities. 5-10 minutes drive to 4 other beaches in Cala D'Or with restaurants, toilets, bars, shops etc.

For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses nearby. "Vall d'Or Golf Club" and "Son Antem Golf Club". Vall d'Or is a 15 minute drive away from the apartment. This 18 hole course has excellent fairways and greens and has some stunning sea views, especially on the first 9 holes. The club house is very well equipped with a large bar/restaurant area and a lovely big sun terrace overlooking the course and the sea beyond which is pefect for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley hire and buggy hire can be organised at reception. There is a shop, a driving range and a putting green. The course is open 12 months a year, although booking your round in advance is advisable especially during the busier monhts. The golf and spa resort Club Son Antem is around a 25 minute drive away.

Special interest holidays:
Porto Petro also offers the more adventurous visitors 2 diving centres, one in Mondrago park and the other, Petro Divers, on the main harbour street right next door to Restaurant Maritimo. They offer SSI certified courses and up to 4 boat dives a day for the qualified diver. Petro divers also offers broadband internet, free for its customers.

Horse riding is offered from a few places, both in Mondrago Park, one being Rancho Jaume.

Also situated in Porto Petro is the 5 star Blau resort. The Spa, tennis courts, inside swimming pool and numerous beauty treatments are also offered for a fee to non-residents.

Palma Airport is 45-50 minutes drive away. A taxi ride will cost approx. 65 euros (one way). Car hire is also available from the airport or in resort as required but a car is not necessarily essential for this location. Cycles, scooters and motorcycles can also be hired locally.

Cala d'Or is within a few minutes drive. Alternatively you can take the mini road train which runs locally between resorts.

The centre of Porto Petro is little more than a few minutes stroll away. There are bars, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. A further 10 minute drive away is the resort of Cala d'Or which has all the amenities of a modern resort with supermarkets with a variety of shops, banks and hotels. There are several clinics, doctors and pharmacies within a short distance of the apartment. The area of Cala d'Or is mainly low rise, so as well as the hustle and bustle you can enjoy quiet plazas, original buildings and churches and take pleasant strolls through secluded lanes to the local beaches. Here all types of water sports are provided. Also available locally are many activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling. There are many quiet off road tracks and paths you can explore on foot or by bicycle.

There is also a local bus service which runs up and along the East Coast throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona & Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day for under 10 euros.

There are several markets which run throughout the week. One of our recommendations is the market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday morning. Another local attraction is the monastary of San Salvador which is only 15 minutes away by car where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island. We also have the fantastic Vall d'Or Golf Course in S'Horta which is only 5 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a round of golf whilst enjoying the views of the Mediterranean Sea!

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival in addition to 200€ damage deposit which is refundable within 7-10 days should no damages be reported.

Bedrooms:	Master bedroom with en-suite facilities on ground floor. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with twin/double bed plus one futon. Also has room for travel cot (available). Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with twin beds plus one futon.
Bathrooms:	En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, WC and sinks. Shared bathroom 2 upstairs to bedroom 2 and 3 with sink, WC, bidet and bath (shower overhead). Downstairs WC and sink situated off hallway.
Kitchen:	Modern fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans.
Living Rooms:	Dining room with table and 6 chairs, matching sideboard with crockery and other utensils. Living room has large TV, DVD, play station 2, open fireplace, stereo / radio. There are 3 settee's seating 8 people, one poofee/stool and one coffee table.
Other:	Garage - has table tennis table, washing machine & tumble dryer (BBQ is kept in here too) and inflatibles for pool. Basketball hoop over garage door.
Cleaning/Towels & Linen/Maid Service:	Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, however, you will need to provide your own beach towels. Weekly maid service provided by Busy Bees Property Management to provide clean linen & towels and apartment cleaning/servicing.
