A fantastic peaceful countryside finca with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is situated in a studio adjoining the main house to allow privacy for bigger parties. Set within a picturesque landscape, you could not wish for a more peaceful location. Private entrance and parking area make this finca a much sought after choice for people wanting a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The Cala Mondrago beach is within a 5-10 minute walk of the finca and the local town of Porto Petro is within a few minutes drive.

There is no specified changeover day, we can be flexible to your requirements. The finca cannot be accessed until 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bathroom:	Master bathroom with Shower, WC and hand basin. Bathroom two (in studio) with bath & shower, wc and hand basin.
Kitchen:	Rustic style kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle
Living Rooms:	Living/dining room with sofa, t.v., DVD player, log fire, dining table and seating for 6 and air-conditioning. Double doors leading out onto private terrace. Air-conditioning
Cleaning/Towels & Linen/Maid Service:	Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, however, you will need to provide your own beach towels. Weekly maid service provided by Busy Bees Property Management to provide clean linen & towels and property cleaning/servicing.

Ideally suitable for couples or families. The gardens are vast therefore small children will require supervision. Smoking is only permitted outside the finca. Hire equipment such as cots, highchairs, fans etc. all available on request.

Set in a peaceful countryside setting, there is a private entrance way and parking.

The nearest beaches being 'Cala Mondrago' are accessible on foot within a 5-10 minute walk.

For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses nearby. "Vall d'Or Golf Club" and "Son Antem Golf Club". Vall d'Or is a 30 minute drive away from the finca. This 18 hole course has excellent fairways and greens and has some stunning sea views, especially on the first 9 holes. The club house is very well equipped with a large bar/restaurant area and a lovely big sun terrace overlooking the course and the sea beyond which is pefect for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley hire and buggy hire can be organised at reception. There is a shop, a driving range and a putting green. The course is open 12 months a year, although booking your round in advance is advisable especially during the busier monhts. The golf and spa resort Club Son Antem is around a 20 minute drive away.

Palma Airport is 30-40 minutes drive away. A taxi ride will cost approx. 70 euros (one way). Car hire is also available from the airport or in resort as required but a car is not necessarily essential for this location. Cycles, scooters and motorcycles can also be hired locally.

Porto Petro 4.5km with Cala d'Or easily accessible from here within a 5 minute drive. Alternatively you can take the mini road train which runs locally between resorts.

There is also a local bus service which runs up and along the East Coast throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona & Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day for under 10 euros.

There are several markets which run throughout the week. One of our recommendations is the market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday morning. Another local attraction is the monastary of San Salvador which is only 15 minutes away by car where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island. We also have the fantastic Vall d'Or Golf Course in S'Horta which is only 5 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a round of golf whilst enjoying the views of the Mediterranean Sea!

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival in addition to £150 damage deposit which is refundable within 7-10 days should no damages be reported.
