private complex with a communal pool. The
apartment has a fantastic outside living area with balcony overlooking the pool
and private gardens. The apartment
has the added advantage of a security gate and alloted parking place.

Changeover

day, contact us to discuss this as we can be flexible. The
apartment cannot be accessed until 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10am on the day of departure.

Ideally suitable for
couples or small families. The
garden is not closed off therefore small children will require supervision as
well as the pool area where no lifeguard is present.
Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment.

there is a spacious balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens.
A communal path leads through the private complex gardens to the communal
pool. A security gate entrance and
alloted parking space.
All beaches in the region are sandy coves "Calas" most of which offer glass bottom boat trips and pedalo hire. The golden sands and clear waters of the Cala Egos beaches are within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The resorts of Cala d'Or and Cala Ferrera also have several beaches offering you the tranquility of 7 beautiful coves.
For
golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses nearby. "Vall d'Or Golf
Club" and "Son Antem Golf Club". Vall d'Or is a 15 minute
drive away from the apartment. This 18 hole course has excellent fairways
and greens and has some stunning sea views, especially on the first 9 holes.
The club house is very well equipped with a large bar/restaurant area and
a lovely big sun terrace overlooking the course and the sea beyond which is
pefect for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley hire and
buggy hire can be organised at reception. There is a shop, a driving
range and a putting green. The course is open 12 months a year, although
booking your round in advance is advisable especially during the busier monhts.
The golf and spa resort Club Son Antem is around a 25 minute drive away.
Palma
Airport is 45-50 minutes drive away. A taxi ride will cost approx. 65 euros (one
way). Car hire is also available from the airport or in resort as required but a
car is not necessarily essential for this location. Cycles, scooters and
motorcycles can also be hired locally.
Cala d'or is within a 15-20 minute walking distance and can be reached via the stunning Cala Llonga Marina of Cala d'Or. From here, the resort of Cala Ferrera is within a 10 minute walk.
The
centre of Cala Egos is little more than a 5 minute stroll away. There are bars,
shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It has all the amenities
of a modern resort with supermarkets with a variety of shops, banks and hotels.
There are several clinics, doctors and pharmacies within a short distance of the
apartment. The area of Cala d'Or is mainly low rise, so as well as the
hustle and bustle you can enjoy quiet plazas, original buildings and churches
and take pleasant strolls through secluded lanes to the local beaches. Here all
types of water sports are provided. Also available locally are many activities
such as golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling. There are many quiet off road
tracks and paths you can explore on foot or by bicycle.
There is also a local bus service which runs up and along the East Coast
throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo,
Cala Bona & Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day
for under 10 euros.
There are several markets which run throughout the week. One of our
recommendations is the market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday morning.
Another local attraction is the monastary of San Salvador which is only 15
minutes away by car where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island.
We also have the fantastic Vall d'Or Golf Course in S'Horta which is only 5
minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a round of golf whilst enjoying
the views of the Mediterranean Sea!

notes:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival in addition to £150 damage deposit which is refundable with 7-10 days should no damages be reported.
