A pleasant spacious ground floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with sea views. Llocated within a pleasant private peninsular complex on the sea front next to the beach with communal pool and gardens and direct beach access. The apartment has a fantastic outside living area with patio and garden and is ideally situated for those wishing to be close enough to all the amenities of cala d'Or. The complex has the added security of a security entrance gate into the complex from the parking area and also a security gate for beach access.

Our changeover day is flexible. The apartment cannot be accessed until 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom with twin beds, chests of drawers and fitted wardrobe & sea view. Air Conditioning
Bathroom:	Bathroom with large shower cubicle, wc, hand basin & washing machine.
Kitchen:	Fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
Living Rooms:	Pleasant, spacious living room with two double sofa beds, TV. Separate dining area with table and seating for 4. Doors opening onto patio area with sea views, path leading to communal gardens, pool and beach access. Air Conditioning
Cleaning/Towels & Linen/Maid Service:	Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided, however, you will need to provide your own beach towels. Weekly maid service provided by Busy Bees Property Management to provide clean linen & towels and property cleaning/servicing.

Ideally suitable for couples or small families. The patio area is closed off therefore small children will require supervision as well as by the pool as there is no lifeguard present. Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment. Hire equipment such as cots, highchairs, fans etc. all available on request.

Outside there is a spacious terrace and garden with terrace furniture and sun loungers. Private complex gardens with path leading to the communal pool and direct sea/beach access. Secure complex with entrance gates and car parking.

All beaches in the region are sandy coves "Calas" most of which offer glass bottom boat trips and pedalo hire. The golden sands and clear waters of the Cala Ferrera beach are accessible from the garden of the complex through a security gate. The beach of Cala Esmeralda is within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The resorts of Cala d'Or and Cala Egos also have several beaches offering you the tranquility of 7 beautiful coves.

Also local to Cala d'Or is the picturesque national park of "Cala Mondragó" which is great to go exploring or enjoy a day on one of the beautiful beaches.

For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses nearby. "Vall d'Or Golf Club" and "Son Antem Golf Club". Vall d'Or is a 15 minute drive away from the villa. This 18 hole course has excellent fairways and greens and has some stunning sea views, especially on the first 9 holes. The club house is very well equipped with a large bar/restaurant area and a lovely big sun terrace overlooking the course and the sea beyond which is pefect for a relaxing drink after your round. Club hire, trolley hire and buggy hire can be organised at reception. There is a shop, a driving range and a putting green. The course is open 12 months a year, although booking your round in advance is advisable especially during the busier monhts. The golf and spa resort Club Son Antem is around a 25 minute drive away.

Palma Airport is 45-50 minutes drive away. A taxi ride will cost approx. 65 euros (one way). Car hire is also available from the airport or in resort as required but a car is not necessarily essential for this location. Cycles, scooters and motorcycles can also be hired locally.

Cala d'Or is within a 10 minute walking distance. Cala Egos can be reached via the stunning Cala Llonga Marina of Cala d'Or. Alternatively you can take the mini road train which runs locally between resorts.

The centre of Cala Ferrera is little more than a 5 minute stroll away. There are bars, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It has all the amenities of a modern resort with supermarkets with a variety of shops, banks and hotels. There are several clinics, doctors and pharmacies within a short distance of the apartment. The area of Cala d'Or is mainly low rise, so as well as the hustle and bustle you can enjoy quiet plazas, original buildings and churches and take pleasant strolls through secluded lanes to the local beaches. Here all types of water sports are provided. Also available locally are many activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling. There are many quiet off road tracks and paths you can explore on foot or by bicycle.

There is also a local bus service which runs up and along the East Coast throughout the day taking you to such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona & Cala Millor. The buses to Palma run several times a day for under 10 euros.

There are several markets which run throughout the week. One of our recommendations is the market of Felanitx which runs every Sunday morning. Another local attraction is the monastary of San Salvador which is only 15 minutes away by car where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival in addition to £150 damage deposit which is refundable with 7-10 days should no damages be reported.
